LOCATION: In the green hills of the Chianti in the Marcialla village (Tuscany - Italy), between olive-groves and vineyards, between Florence and Siena, is found the house vacation THE LITTLE SQUARE COTTAGE, a small house or cottage next to the main farmhouse, but completely independent. The structure is confortable and quiet, decorated in a modern and functional way, over that accessible with your car. DESCRIPTION: THE LITTLE SQUARE COTTAGE is the renovation of the cottage situated in Tuscany, in the Marcialla village (town of Barberino Val d'Elsa), now transformed into a house vacation and is composed of: kitchen, double bed room, bathroom with window, courtyards, private garden and 2 parkings uncovered. FURNISHINGS AND OPTIONALS: - kitchen: sink, plain cooking in 4 fires, oven, refrigerator with freezer, table with chairs - double bed room: matrimonial bed, beside tables, wardrobe and small table with2 armchairs - bathroom: washbasin, bidet, toilet, tub with shower and washing machine - courtyard: table and chairs - solarium - set linen from house: sheets, covered, towels and cloth from bath - on request: sets assistant extra bed or little cot for baby FEATURES: - surface floor apartment: 40 square meters - floors: Tuscan terracotta - floors and covering bath in ceramics - doors and windows in wood - independent heating FARMHOUSE: ROMANO HOUSE The residence is a part of a bigger building and it was restored trying to keep the original characteristic of the tuscan countryside architecture. The ground level is divided in three apartments for holiday accommodation: AT SUNSET, THE LODGE and THE LITTLE SQUARE, each with its independent entrance, private garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartments are situated near the Marcialla village in the Chianti rolling hills , in a scenic position where the tourist can admire a romantic and splendid view on the countryside. Each apartment has a private outdoor parking space in front of the house (the old farmyard). HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION: from 2 to 30 nights Rent price not included utilities (electricity, water and gas), to pay on consumption. |
