Principals conditions on-line booking CACCINI GARDEN APARTMENT:
- validity of the request of booking: 3 days if the payment of the account is not made
- verification supplies, conditions and cleanings of the apartment effected by the landlord before every check-in
- cautionary deposit: from 1 to three months, depending on the duration of the contract
- delivery of the apartment keys and check-in in the afternoon by appointment between 15.00 and 18.00
- in case of Check-in / out on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or outside office hours, a supplement of € 100.00 + VAT will be applied
- shorter period of permanence in the accommodation (arrival after the scheduled date and / or early departure):
there are no refunds or reductions of rent
- any change in the dates of arrival and / or departure must be agreed with the agency, after checking the availability
and possible adjustment on the rent
- return of keys: at check-out
- refund of the security deposit: within 7 working days from check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment; final consumption in addition to any damage caused to the apartment, including systems, furnishings and supplies, will be deducted from the deposit
