​Prices and conditions on-line booking BENCI PALACE APARTMENT:
- Living room: from 3 to 30 nights ( for stays of longer duration is necessary to repeat the booking on -line)
- Valid reservation request: 3 days if not made the payment of the down payment
- Type list: fixed structure / apartment
- Towels from home: full
- Checking supplies, and cleaning of the conditions made by the landlord before each check-in
- Pets: welcome by prior arrangement with the landlord
- Security deposit (payable in cash to the person who will carry out the check-in): 200,00 €
- Delivery of the keys and check-in in the afternoon by appointment from 16.00
  no later than 20.00 hours
- Check-in after 20.00 pm: penalty € 50.00
- Check-in on holidays: penalty € 30.00 until 20.00 pm, after the 20.00 pm: penalty € 50.00
- In the event of arrival after 24.00 in the morning delayed delivery of the next day at 9.00 am
- Stay in the facility smaller than the reservation (arrival after the scheduled date and / or early departure ):
  there are no refunds or reductions of rent
- Any changes in the dates of arrival and / or departure must be agreed with the agency, after
