Principals conditions on-line booking LINDA APARTMENT:
- number approved nights: from 3 to 30 (for holiday of long time it is necessary to repeat the on-line booking)
- in demand validity of booking: 3 days if the payment of the account is not made
- fixed price for accommodation / apartment
- price to night: fixed on weekly (7 nights) base
- for inferior or superior stays to 7 nights the following percentages of increase or reduction are applied:
up to 4 nights +30% | from 5 to 7 -40% | from 8 to 14 nights -20% | from 15 to 21 nights -40% | from 22 to 30 nights -60%
- set linen from house: complete
- verification supplies, conditions and cleanings of the apartment effected by the landlord before every check-in
- pets: they are welcome
- cautionary (to pour cash to the person that will effect the check-in) deposit: 200,00 €
- delivery of the keys and check-in by appointment in the afternoon from 16.00 at the latest by 20.00 o'clock
- in case of check-in after 20.00 o'clock: € 50.00 penalty
- if you arrive after 24.00 o'clock delivery he will be effected at the next day at 9.00 o'clock
- shorter period of stay (arrival after the scheduled date and / or early departure): there are no refunds or reductions of rent
